Once again, we've got a combination of tunes for ya that we've been humming to for the last month! Discovering new music is the best thing, and some of these artists are old favorites that we can't stop jamming to. One of my recent obsessions is City of the Sun, an instrumental group from New York City, that amazes me. They play at smaller events in Montauk and do sets in Central Park. They are the epitome of cool, and their sound blows me away with its intricacy. The Chillness of Spazzkid has been getting me through the days, keeping me relaxed in the craziness that is the end of summer. FKA twigs brings such a strong, moody, intense vibe and I love it. And once again, we CANNOT get over Sylvan Esso!!! Each and every song is incredible through and through, and we can't get enough. So there you are, our August tunes. Not a lot, but a good group of artists that you should definitely check out!

Forest Park. One of Saint Louis' greatest beauties. There is so much to do in the park of all parks, from the Muny, to the Boathouse, the Zoo, the Art Museum, and the Jewel Box, plus so much more. It's just gorgeous, every little bit of it. And it seems like every time you go there, there is a new spot to explore or enjoy. This time it happened to be the shade of a beautiful weeping willow near the pond. There, we took loads of pictures, read in peace, and took in the wonderful summer day. Post-weeping willow, we had to cool off a bit in one of the many amazing fountains in the park. Splashing, slipping lots, dancing... it truly was a perfect day . And we managed to get TONS of pictures as you can see below. Check it out, we hope you enjoy. And keep an eye out for our next adventure this coming friday.. we have something totally crazy planned :))
Okay, Molly and Emily are queens. Right?! They have been participating in the yearly cultural trend, usually aimed at men, to not shave.....
Just a few days ago, when trying to think of a cool new place to take some pictures and have some fun, I found myself thinking back to ...
